This workshop, presented by the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association (NBPCA) and led by NBPCA member TSYS Europe, will explore the state of the prepaid market in Europe and offer insights into its current development and future. A panel of pioneers involved in developing the European prepaid market will address issues including:

- Where "closed-loop" and "open-loop" prepaid fit
